If carbide tips are badly chipped or missing, they will be replaced with a $3.00 per tip charge. If the entire tooth is missing, we will replace the shoulder and tip for $12.00. The blade is then sharpened using state-of-the-art CNC equipment, grinding both the face and the top of the tooth to factory specifications. We strive to restore sharpness removing the least amount of carbide possible, with a 1/10 of one millimeter removal standard.
